Hamden Country Club is a great place
to host your golf outing. We can accommodate
both large and small groups.
Reservations
Hamden Country Club accepts outing reservations
anytime after the first of January.
Reservations are for foursomes (or multiples
of 4) only. Carts are required for each
player. At the time of the reservation
a deposit will be taken and charged
to your credit card.
Thirty (30) days prior to the tee time
the balance will be charged to your
credit card. Reservations for one (1)
foursome and two (2) foursomes require
payment in advance. Reservations for
more than two (2) foursomes require
an advanced deposit equal to the rate
for two(2) foursomes.
Deposits are due at the time reservations
are made. Payment in full shall be guaranteed
by a credit card and will be charged
to the credit card thirty (30) days
prior to the first tee time reserved.
Cancellations
Reservations may be canceled as long
as cancellation is received by the club
forty-five (45) days prior to the tee
time. All such cancellations shall result
in an administrative fee of $50.00.
Reservations canceled less than forty-five
(45) days prior to the initial tee time
shall result in an administrative fee
equal to the deposit on the account
at the time of cancellation. There shall
be no refunds or credits for arrivals,
early departures, or cancellations within
thirty (30) days from the date of the
tee time. |
